📦 Processing Time
Each piece at Grace Ellen Ceramics is handcrafted and may require time to create and package:

Ready-made items: Ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items (including custom pieces): Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship Australia-wide using reliable postal and courier services.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free local pickup from our studio in Bulimba is available—select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
📍 Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Grace Ellen Ceramics is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or postal service delays.
🛠️ Packaging & Breakage
We package each ceramic piece carefully using eco-conscious materials and protective cushioning. In the rare event your item arrives damaged:
